You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for it to be removed. We’ll email a link to the address you give, to check it’s you.
Removing your data closes your account and takes your details out of our records. Invoices are kept for six years, as the law requires, but with your name and contact details taken out. We keep artwork from finished or cancelled orders for up to 60 days in case there’s a problem, then delete it. Ask us if you’d like it removed sooner.
