Created from 100% polyester, our printed hi vis waistcoats offer exceptional comfort and durability, they all feature a tear release front closure and have bound edges (solid colour have self colour and two tone have contrast). They also conform to the following regulations:
- Solid orange conforms to RIS-3279-TOM.
- Solid yellow and solid orange conform to EN ISO 20471: 2013 + A1: 2016 class 2.
- All contrast colours conform to EN ISO 20471: 2013 + A1: 2016 class 1.
Our state-of-the-art direct to film printing technique, we provide vibrant and high-quality full-colour printing. This method is perfect for showcasing company logos, text, names etc.
You have the flexibility to choose between single or double-sided colour printing, allowing you to make a bold statement on the breast pockets, full back, or both (Please refer to our artwork guidelines for maximum printable areas).

How To Set Up Print Files For RTX Pro Hi Vis Waistcoat Printing
These Hi Vis Waistcoats can be printed on the left breast, right breast or both and optional printing to the back of the garment.
Full Back (20 x 20cm)*
Front left (10 x 10cm)*
Front Right (10 x 10cm)*
• Please supply your artwork as a CMYK PDF
• Ensure your background is transparent as any background colours remaining on your design will be printed
• Your design should be supplied at the same size as the printable area, without a bleed. If you wish to print white in your design, please ensure that it is NOT set to overprint.
* Please note these are maximum print areas and may vary dependent upon design and garment size.
